Ten Things:
1) I work in the kid's/teen department of Canada's main chain bookstore: Chapters. I love the job, even though it pays nothing. Mostly because I get to talk to fantastic customers, and read books all day long.
2) I'm obsessed with the concept of death, that obsession mainly in the physicality of decay, bones, and blood. It's as beautiful as birth to me, and is incredibly mystifying. There are bones and dead insects all around my room.
3) I'm studying to get my bachelors degree in fine arts, with a Major in drawing. And honestly, the choice to major in that field is simply because I was undecided. I work with everything, and drawing really pertains to it all.
4) I secretly love to write, but I have never been able to openly show people. I can go to class, and put my art up on a wall, but the idea of showing people my words makes me squirm.
5) My best friend is my dog. Isn't that such a pathetic sounding thing? But I'm serious. She hugs and kisses me when I cry, greets me happily no matter what, and hardly ever leaves my side.
6)Money is my biggest stressor. That's pretty simple/.
7)In my household, I have 2 snakes (Mellanistic corn and banana king), a bearded dragon, an albino jungle leopard gecko, a lovebird, two cockatiels, a chihuahua, and a fish.
8)I have a tattoo on my forearm that says Hope, 0ga lobes, conch piercing, belly button piercing, two cartilage, my nose, and I used to have stretched second lobes.
9) I game. Lots of things. But I have an xbox, wii, ds, ps2, nintendo64, supernintendo, original nintendo, gameboy pocket... and I think that's it.
10)My favourite place in the world is Kauai hawaii. I'm so stoked to go back in July.
